摘要 分子生物学技术理论的发展为糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗提供了新的思路,基因治疗成为近年来DR研究的热点之一,国内外相继开展了此方面的研究。本文就近年来DR基因治疗的研究进展作一综述,并对DR基因治疗方面存在的问题和前景进行阐述。 The development of techniques ant theories of molecular biology offers novel approaches for the management of diabetic retinopathy (DR). Gene therapy has become a hot topic in treating DR in recent years,and researches are being consecutively. carried out to this aspect both at home and abroad. This article reviews the existing problems and the perspective of gene therapeutic of DR.
