摘要
抗青光眼药种类繁多,其用法、效果以及各自的毒副作用都不相同,在临床工作中,要做到合理有效使用每种药物并且避免毒副作用。本文总结了近年来关于抗青光眼药物的作用机制和不良反应的文章,概述抗青光眼药引起的眼部非特异性炎症,分别总结了各类药物的作用机制和毒副作用,最后总结了国外关于联合用药的原则和不良反应。以期在临床工作中有所帮助。
There are sorts of antiglaucoma drops which have different work mechanisms and clinical effect. Meanwhile, ocular surface toxicity caused by the abuse of these eye drops was common in patients receiving antiglaucoma treatment for a long time. This article reviews drug action of antiglaucoma drops, effect of preservative and combination of ophthalmo logic solutions in recent published reports. It is advisable to master all these information as a clinical oculist,and it is helpful to our clinical work.
