感应性音乐聆听对系统性红斑狼疮患者病情的影响

Therapeutic Effect of Receptive Music Therapy for Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

【目的】观察感应性音乐聆听对系统性红斑狼疮患者病情活动度和情绪的影响。【方法】将68例系统性红斑狼疮患者随机分为试验组34例和对照组34例,对照组采取常规药物治疗,试验组在对照组的治疗基础上加感应性音乐聆听治疗,分别在患者入院后当天和治疗后第15天进行系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)评分、焦虑和抑郁情绪评分[分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)]。【结果】试验组治疗前后SLEDAI评分、焦虑和抑郁情绪评分差值分别为8.83±5.10、5.76±2.22和11.41±3.41,对照组则分别为7.09±4.42、4.29±2.08和7.32±3.85,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。【结论】感应性音乐聆听能改善焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高治疗效果。

[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of receptive music therapy on systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index （SLEDAI） and emotion in systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） patients. [ Methods ] Sixtyeight SLE patients were equally randomized into groups A and B. Both group A and group B received conventional drugs, and group A received receptive music therapy for one hour per day additionally. The treatment lasted 15 days. The scores of SLEDAI, anxiety and depression were assessed before and after treatment. [ Results ] The differences of SLEDAI, anxiety and depression scores before and after treatment were 8.83 ± 5. 10, 5.76 ± 2.22 and 11.41 ±3.41 respectively in group A, and 7.09 ±4.42, 4.29 ±2.08 and 7.32 ±3.85 respectively in group B. There showed significant statistic difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Receptive music therapy can ameliorate the emotional disorders, and enhance the therapeutic effect of conventional drugs for SLE patients.
