摘要
【目的】观察电针和半夏泻心汤单用及合用对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠胃动素(MTL)水平的影响。【方法】SD大鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、西药组(枸橼酸莫沙必利,剂量为2.82 mg.kg-1.d-1)、电针组、中药组(半夏泻心汤,剂量为33 g.kg-1.d-1)及电针加中药组。除正常对照组外,其他组均采用夹尾刺激复制FD模型,中、西药组均按设计剂量灌胃给药,电针组电针大鼠双侧足三里穴,均连续7 d;取大鼠血浆、胃窦、空肠及下丘脑组织,采用放射免疫法检测各组织中MTL的含量。【结果】模型组血浆和胃窦、空肠及下丘脑组织中MTL含量显著性降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);各治疗组血浆和胃窦、空肠及下丘脑组织中MTL含量均显著性升高(P<0.01);电针加中药组胃窦组织中MTL含量显著性高于电针组(P<0.01),下丘脑MTL含量显著性高于单用电针组和中药组(均P<0.01)。【结论】电针和半夏泻心汤对FD的治疗作用可能与其能升高MTL水平有关,且两者合用具有一定的协同作用。
[ Objective] To observe the effect of electro - acupuncture (EA) and Banxia Xiexin Decoction (BXD) on motilin levels of functional dyspepsia (FD) rats. [ Methods ] Sixty SD rats were randomized into normal control group, model group, mosapride citrate tablets ( MCT, 2.82 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 ) group, EA group, BXD (33g·kg^-1·d^-1) group, EA + BXD group. Except the normal control group, the rats with FD in other groups were induced by stimulating the rat tails with forceps clip. EA group received EA on bilateral acupoints of Zusanli (ST36) for consecutive 7 days. MTL content in rats plasma, antrum, jejunum, and hypothalamus was observed with rJdioimmunological method. [ Results ] MTL content decreased in the plasma, antrum, jejunum, and hypothalamus of the model group (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01), and increased in MCT, EA , BXD and EA +BXD groups (P〈0.01 compared with the model group). MTL content in the antrum of EA + BXD group was higher than that in EA group ( P 〈0. 01 ), and MTL content in the hypothalamus of EA + BXD group was higher than that in EA group and BXD group (P 〈0. 01 ). [ Conclusion] The therapeutic mechanism of EA and BXD for FD is related with the increase of MTL content, and the combination of the above two has a synergistic action.
