摘要
【目的】探讨褐藻糖胶(FPS)对高脂血症大鼠脂代谢酶的影响。【方法】取健康雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为6组:正常组,模型组,绞股蓝组(剂量为30 mg.kg-1),FPS低、中、高剂量(剂量分别为0.1、0.2、0.4 g.kg-1)组。除正常组外,其他各组以高脂乳剂(10 mL.kg-1)灌胃复制大鼠高脂血症模型。观察各给药组对大鼠脂代谢酶[脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)、肝脂酶(HL)、卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶(LCAT)]活性的影响。【结果】FPS低、中剂量组血清LPL、HL、LCAT及肝脏LPL、HL活性均较模型组显著升高。【结论】FPS通过激活血清和肝脏LPL、HL的活性来降低血清甘油三酯,激活LCAT降低血清胆固醇。
[ Objective] To observe the effect of fucoidan on lipid metabolism enzyme in hyperlipidemia mice. [ Methods] Sixty healthy male SD rats were randomized into 6 groups: normal group, model group, gynostemma pentaphyllum ( GP, 30 mg/kg) group and low-, moderate- and high-dose fucoidan groups ( 0. 1, 0.2 and 0. 4 g·kg^-1 respectively) . Except the normal group, the rats in other groups received high fat emulsion (10 mL·kg^-1) by garage to establish hyperlipidemia models. The activities of lipoprotein lipase ( LPL), hepatic lipase (HL) and lecithin cholesterol acyhransferase (LCAT) in different groups were compared. [ Results ] Serum activities of LPL, HL and LCAT as well as hepatic activities of LPL and HL were increased in low-and moderate-dose fucoidan groups. [ Conclusion ] Fucoidan decreases the serum triglyceride levels by activating the serum and hepatic LPL and HL activities, and decreases serum cholesterol level by activating hepatic LCAT activity.
