摘要
以PBS+20%FCS+1.5 mol/L乙二醇(EG)+0.1 mol/L蔗糖(SU)液作为冷冻液,对122枚奶牛胚胎进行一步细管法冷冻,管内解冻,然后移植给122头受体黄牛,结果有49头供体牛妊娠,受胎率为40.09%,产犊率38.52%.结果表明一步细管法是一种可行性良好的便于在农牧区奶牛胚胎移植中推广的方法.
122 dairy embryos were cryopreserved by using the PBS+20% FCS+1. 5 mol/L EG +0.1 mol/L SU as the cryopreservation media. 122 Yellow cattle were selected as the recipents. Each cryopreserved embryo which was thawed in the straw at 37 ℃, was directly transfered to the received cattle. The pregnantcy rate was 40.09 % after embryo transfer. It showed that the method of one-step cryopreservation and thawing in the plastic straw was a practical cryopreservation method, and could be used in the MOET breeding system in large-scale.
