摘要
阐述了影响植物原生质体培养的各种因素,着重分析讨论了培养方法、激素水平、继代培养、多胺、过氧化物酶(POX)、超氧物歧化酶活性(SOD)、可溶性蛋白质和总氨基酸含量对植物原生质体培养的影响.
The influence factors on plant protoplast culture was summarized. Especially,the effects of some key links and physiological parameters such as protoplasts culture method, hormone level, sub-culture,polyamine,activities of POX and SOD,and contents of soluble protein and amino acid to protoplast culture procedure were discussed in detail.
