摘要
田间管闸自动控制灌溉系统是利用管道入口处水量传感器的精准信号,通过工业控制电路的累加、运算、判读比较、时序发生等过程实现对田间管闸出水口的自动控制.为满足不同灌溉技术要求,运行模式可自由设定为单次灌溉模式、波涌灌溉模式或周期轮灌控制模式.实践证明在不同的控制模式下系统均具有较高的水量控制精确度和较为完善的自动控制过程.该系统设计思路新颖,电路简单,操作简便,运行维护费用低,扩容简单.
With the exact signals sent by the sensors at the outlet of the water pipes, the automatic irrigation of the valve auto-controlled irrigation system could be realized by receiving,accumulating,calculating, comparing and timing of signals. To meet the demands of different irrigations,the modes of the system could be set as single irrigation mode, surge flow irrigation mode and periodic rotation irrigation mode. The experiments in the fields showed that the system could control the quantity of water exactly and worked well under the three models. The design of system is original and simple, and it is also easy to operate and maintain.
