甘肃省农业产业化龙头企业调查研究

Investigation of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrializalation in Gansu Province

通过对甘肃省农业产业化龙头企业的调查和分析,认为目前甘肃省农业产业化龙头企业数量呈增长趋势、龙头企业的经济规模和效益显著提高、龙头企业经营组织对农户带动能力不断提高、龙头企业联合实力逐步在增强、省级以上龙头企业发展势头强劲、农业产业化龙头企业与农户利益的联结方式呈多样性等的特点,但同时也存在企业的规模偏小,企业整体素质偏低,企业与农户之间的利益联结机制不够完善,资金短缺,融资困难,人才结构不合理,农产品质量标准体系不健全等问题.针对上述问题提出了应加大政府支持力度,大力投资人才培养,建立人才激励机制,进一步理顺龙头企业和农户的关系,建立牢固的利益机制,积极推动技术创新,提升产品科技含量,进行科学管理,推行标准化生产等改进措施.

An investigation and analysis on the current situation of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Gansu Province in 2006 showed that the number of leading enterprises had been on the rise, the economic scale and benefit were greatly improved, co ses had given a strong and increasing impetus to farmers, the operation organization of the leading enterprileading enterprises had enhanced the combination economic strength, the leading enterprises above the provincial level maintained good momentum of development ,and the way of interesting link between the leading enterprises and farmers had increasingly diversified. However, the leading enterprises in the development process were confronted with some problems as follows： the scale of leading enterprises were still small, the whole quality of enterprises were poor, the mechanism of interesting link between enterprises and farmers was not perfect, the difficulty in the financing way resulted in shortage of funds, the personnel demanded by agricultural industrialization were scarce and its structure was not reasonable,and the system for quality standard of agricultural products were unsound. To deal with the glaring problems existing in the agricultural industrialization mentioned above, some measures and suggestion had been put forward as follows：furthering greatly support from govern- ment, establishing training and incentive mechanism of scientific and technical personnel, straightening out relations and establishing the solid mechanism of promoting technical innovations and increasing th interesting e scientific link between enterprises and farmers, actively and technological contents in agricultural products,initiating scientific management,promoting standardized production in agricultural industrialization and so on.
