摘要
介绍一种基于DSP/BIOS II的视觉检测系统方案,它主要用C编写,支持API,易于移植到相似的DSP平台上。首先介绍了系统的组成和设定,以及任务的调度,并在此系统中运行了Roberts边缘检测算法,最后分析了系统的实时性能。实验结果表明:基于DSP/BIOS II的机器视觉检测系统虽然降低了实时性,但影响很小。它有利于程序的模块化和减少重复劳动,加快系统开发。
The paper introduces a machine vision inspection DSP/BIOS Ⅱ is an operating system mostly written in C language system scheme, which is based on DSP/BIOS Ⅱ. and supports API. This system scheme is easy to be transplanted to similar DSP platform. The structure and configuration of the system are introduced firstly, followed by the task assignment. We run Roberts edge detection algorithm on the platform, and finally analyze the real-time performance of the system. Experimental results show that the machine vision inspection system based on DSP/BIOS Ⅱ may reduce the real-time characteristics, but the effect can be ignored in most cases. The p scheme is conducive for program modularization, helpful for the reduction of repetitive work, and also contributes to increasing the efficiency of system development.
