摘要
在罗盘自动测试系统中,灵敏度是一个非常重要的测试指标。利用传统的人工手动测试方法测量,其测试时间长、精度低、测量误差较大。本文简述了工程上常用的二分法的基本原理,并在罗盘自动测试系统平台基础上,结合灵敏度测试的要求,给出了一种基于二分法的快速、精确测试灵敏度的方法,实验结果证明该方法相比传统手动测试方法提高了测试效率和精度。
The compass sensitivity is a very important test content in compass automatic test system (ATS). With traditional manual measurement method, the test time is very long, the test precision is very low and the test error is quite large. This paper reviews the fundamental principle of dichotomy method that is often applied in engineering. Considering the requirement of sensitivity test in compass automatic test system, a more precise and faster sensitivity test method is introduced, which is based on dichotomy method. Experimental results show that the test efficiency and precision are improved compared with traditional manual measurement method.
