Efficient Process Technology of Optical Parts

本文介绍了光学元件高效加工工艺的主要特点和国内外高效加工工艺的状况和水平。着重提出了我国现阶段应建立两种不同类型的高效生产线,即成盘(刚性盘)高效线和单件(机械装夹)高效生产线。文章对光学元件高效加工工艺中存在的一些问题进行了较详尽的阐述,并对如何建成全面的高效生产线(包括特种加工在内)提出了一些想法。

Main features of efficient process technology of optical parts, as well as inland and outland situations of that technology are shown. Two different types of efficient production lines, blocking line (rigid block) and single-part line(mechanical clamp) are suggested to be set up in our country at present stage. Some problems met in efficient process technology are discussed in detail. Some new idea on how to establish overall efficient production line (including optical coating) is put forward.
