重症急性胰腺炎的手术并发症 被引量：2

摘要 100余年来，围绕着重症急性胰腺炎是否应行手术治疗、手术时机及术式的选择等一直存在着诸多争议。随着对其发病机制及病程的深入了解，以及重症监护技术的进步，重症急性胰腺炎的诊治取得了长足的进步，病死率下降到10％～30％，并在个体化治疗方案的基础上，逐渐形成早期尽量行非手术治疗，后期针对继发感染行手术治疗的共识。早期阶段的手术指征包括：（1）不除外如绞窄性肠梗阻、
