食道癌肉瘤的X线表现探讨及误诊原因分析

Discussion of the X-ray Manifestation of Esophageal Carcinosarcoma and Analysis of Misdiagnosis Cause

目的探讨食管癌肉瘤的X线学表现,提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析5例经病理证实的食管癌肉瘤,5例均行食管钡剂造影和电子纤维胃镜检查,并作病理检查和手术治疗。结果食管钡剂造影显示:病变位于食管中段2例,下段3例。食管腔扩张4例,狭窄1例。管壁柔软4例,僵硬1例。结论息肉型食管癌肉瘤有一定的X线特征性表现,浸润型食管癌肉瘤缺乏影像学特点。

Objective To discuss the manifestation of esophageal carcinosarcoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to 5 cases with carcinosarcoma confirmed by pathological study, who received esophageal barium examination, electronic gastroscopic examination and surgical therapy. Results The esophageal barium examination showed out that 2 cases had the lesion in the middle esophagus, 3 cases in low esophagus, 4 cases had esophageal cavity dilatation, 1 case had stenosis, and soft esophageal wall was found in 4 cases while still in 1 case.
