摘要
辽河油田油气集输公司在输油泵机组上先后推广应用了高压内反馈串级调速技术、高压变频调速技术和中低压变频调速技术,实现了各时不同输量工况与输油泵转速的最佳匹配,消除了由泵管压差所产生的节流损失,降低了单位输油能耗,创造了节电率大于30%的良好节能效果。
The Oil & Gas Gathering and Transportation Company has successively deployed the cascade varying-speed technology with high pressure internal feedback and the variable frequency varying-speed technology in high,moderate and low pressure in the subassembly of oil transfer pump.Hence,the company has realized the best matching between the various operating status and the revolution of pump,and eliminated the energy loss at throttling position by the pressure difference in the pump pipe,lowered the energy consumption per unitary oil transfer quantity,and created the a better energy saving effect over 30% in saving electricity ratio.
