团队工作是否是最佳的组织形式
摘要
团队工作并不是新生事物。几个世纪以来,它成为了人类组织的一个特点。组织机构活动的历史发展显示出,工业革命之前的生产活动都是由独立的工人在宽松监管下的合作组中完成的。
