摘要
目的探讨松籽油中γ-亚麻酸的纯化工艺。方法采用尿素包合法。结果最佳工艺条件是脂肪酸、尿素与甲醇的质量比为1∶5∶5,包合温度60℃,包合时间0.5h。结论本方法可较好地纯化松籽油中γ-亚麻酸。
Objective To establish the process of purification for γ-linolenic acid in pine nut oil. Methods Complexometry by urea was applied. Results The optimal conditions of inclusion compound were as followings： the ratio of fatty acid to urea and carbinol by weight was 1：5：5, the complexometric temperature was 60℃ and the complexometric time was 0. 5 h. Conclusion The concentration ofγ-linolenic acid from the pine nut oil can reach to 20%. Therefore γ- linolenic acid can be well purified in pine nut oil by this process.
