骨蜡配制工艺改进

Improvement of Technology in Preparation of Bone Wax

目的解决冬季骨蜡涂于骨上渗血处或贴于骨出血处时易出现的干裂、不软化、无法涂抹或涂抹后不粘连、脱落等现象。方法对蜂蜡进行再精制,进一步提高纯度,同时加入适量醋调节硬度。结果改进后的骨蜡使用时柔软、粘连、易涂抹。结论对蜂蜡进行再精制并加入适量醋调节硬度,骨蜡在冬季不干裂、不软化,易涂抹,涂抹后不脱落,便于临床使用。

Objective To resolve the problems when bone wax is smeared on the place of bone errhysis, or pasted on the place of osteorrhagia in winter, such phenomenons often occurr as crack, unemollient, unsmearing, or unconglutinant and peeling off after smear. Methods To refine beeswax for increasing its purity further, and add proper quantity of vinegar at the same time for adjusting its hardness. Results The improved bone wax became soft, conglutinant and easy to smear when used. Conclusion Using this methods can resolve the problems mentioned above, and make it convenient for clinical use.
