摘要
目的减少药物不良反应的发生。方法将临床上使用头孢哌酮钠/他唑巴坦钠的患者,分为对照组和试验组,对照组未对患者作药物指导,试验组对医护人员及患者进行药物指导。并对两组患者用药后不良反应发生率进行比较。结果对照组中出现6例不良反应,试验组仅2例发生轻微不良反应。结论对患者进行药物指导能有效减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To lessen the occurrence of adverse drug reaction（ADR）. Methods The inpatients treated with cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium were divided into control group and test group. The latter received the guide for drug use and the former did not. The incidence rate of ADR in each group was compared, Results There were six cases of adverse reaction in control group and two cases of light adverse reaction in test group, Conclusion The guide for rational drug use is helpful to step down the rate of adverse reaction.
