尼龙丝唇颊侧粘固式保持器用于矫治后正畸的临床效果评价

Clinical Effect of a New Kind of Nelon Labiocheek Fixed Retainer Used for Corrective Orthodontics

目的:评价矫治后的正畸患者应用尼龙丝唇颊侧粘固式保持器的临床效果。方法:将经主动矫治结束后需在上颌行器械保持的患者60例随机分为三组,每组各20例,分别用改良哈里氏保持器、麻花丝舌侧粘固式保持器和尼龙丝唇颊侧粘固式保持器来保持。一年半后,在制定了共同标准的情况下,由医患双方分别就保持效果、易操作性、综合成本、保持器完整性和美观性、舒适性、易洁性、妨碍性等方面进行自主打分评价。结果:医患双方的评分结果均为尼龙丝唇颊侧粘固式保持器组的综合得分明显高于其它两组。结论:尼龙丝唇颊侧粘固式保持器的综合性能优于改良哈里氏保持器和麻花丝舌侧粘固式保持器,适合在临床上选择应用。

Objective：To evaluate the clinic effect of a new kind of nylon labiocheek fixed reteiner used for corrective orthodontics. Methods： 60 orthodontic patients were divided into three groups. Group 1 used the new nylon labiocheek fixed retainer, group 2 used the modified Hawley retainer, and group 3 used the lingual fixed retainer, and each group contained 20 patients. One and a half years later, the orthodontist and the patients evaluated the effect of the retainer and the orthodontic result including the integrality, outlook, comfort, cleaning of the different kind of retainer, the operability, the cost, and so on. Results： The evaluation of both the orthodontist and the patients was that the average score of the group 1 was higher than that of the other two groups. And there was significant difference between the nylon group and the others. Conclusions： The nylon labial fixed retainer can be an alternative method to retain the teeth after orthodontic treatment.
