摘要
目前,关于企业员工绩效影响因素的研究仅限于个体层次,没有从系统的角度对企业员工绩效的影响因素进行分析,因而存在局限性。基于系统分析的视角,企业员工在组织中的行为是一个受多方面因素影响的决策过程。因此,除了个体差异因素之外,企业员工绩效影响因素研究还必须考虑工作、群体和组织因素。个体差异、工作任务特征、工作群体和组织这四大因素通过直接或间接作用路径及其差异性的作用效应共同决定了企业员工的绩效。
Researches on the determinants of employee's performance in enterprises mainly focused on individual level, do not study the determinants systemicly. Therefore, there are limitation in these researches. Based on systemic analysis, the performance decision-making of an employee in enterprises is the results of several determinants. So, work itself, group and organization are also determinants of employee's performance in enterprises except individual difference. All these four determinants influence employee's performance in enterprises directly or indirectly, and their influences are also different.
