摘要
对国内外生产的电力电容器用苄基甲苯油进行了对比试验,分析了它们的主要化学组成,测试了相关的理化性能和介电特性,并通过制成的模型电容器,研究了它们在电容器中的局部放电特性、耐受过电压周期和热老化性能,测试数据表明了国产M/DBT的质量水平已经达到国外C101的水平,完全可以用于高质量、高电压等级的电力电容器。
This paper introduces the comparison experiment on Mono-Benzy-Toluene/Dibenzyl-Toluene(M/DBT) mix oil for power capacitors. By analyzing its composition, testing its physical-chemistry and dielectic performances, and also studying the partial discharge, periodic overvoltage endurance, heating aging characteristic of model capacitors impregnated by the M/DBT. It can be believe that the quality of homemade M/DBT has already achieved the level of C101, and can be perfectly used in top-quality and high-voltage rank power capacitor.
