基于神经MOS管的多值D/A、A/D转换器设计

摘要 通过对神经MOS晶体管特性的研究,提出了一种多值D/A、A/D转换器设计的新方案。与传统多值D/A、A/D转换电路的设计方法相比,用该方法设计的电路具有结构简单、实现容易、功耗低等特点。最后用PSPICE模拟证明了上述所设计的电路具有正确的逻辑功能。 Based on the investigation of the neuron MOS transistor, this paper proposes a new method for designing the multi-valued D/A and A/D converter. Compared with the conventional method, this new method can design better multivalued D/A and A/D converter, which has the characteristic of simple structure, fast speed and low power consumption etc. The simulations with PSPICE proved that the designed circuit has correct logic function.
