摘要
畸变屈曲作为控制冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢柱承载力的重要模式之一,正逐步受到国内外研究人员的重视。本文针对畸变屈曲的变形特征,通过12根试件在不同连杆布置方式下的轴心受压和偏心受压试验研究,验证在冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢的卷边处设置连杆用以提高其承载力这一方法的有效性,得出了最有效的连杆布置方式。同时,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对试件进行了模拟分析,探讨了初始缺陷、双向偏心等因素的影响。
As one of the strength-governing modes for cold-formed channel columns, distortional buckling is receiving more attentions. It is known that when distortional buckling happens, the flange and the lip will rotate about the flangeweb junction. According this deforming feature, the connecting bars between the two lips are added to improve the distortional buckling load. Experimental studies are made to explore the distortional buckling behavior of the cold-formed Csection with different arrangement of connecting bars under axial and eccentric load, and then simulate the model with the ABAQUS, evaluate the influence of initial imperfection and biaxial eccentricity. Test results are compared with those from the finite-element analysis.
