摘要
以旋流板塔为主设备,采用二级还原碱液吸收法处理某化工厂含氮氧化物废气(4500 m3/h),在液气比3.6 L/m3条件下,治理后排放的氮氧化物平均浓度从初始的791 mg/m3降至96 mg/m3,平均排放速率从3.37 kg/h削减至0.41 kg/h,平均去除效率达到87.8%。
The application of deoxidize alkali absorb process in 4500 m^3/h NOx waste gas was introduced. The scrubber used in this process was a rotating-stream-tray (RST) column. The results indicated that the average concentration of NOx was decreased from 791 mg/m^3 to 96 mg/m^3, and the average discharged rate was decreased from 3.37 kg/h to 0.41 kg/h when the liquid-gas ratio was about 3.6L/m^3. Meanwhile, the average denitrification efficiency of the process could reach up to 87.8%.
