试论新农村建设中的技术伦理观

新农村建设必须走"科技强农"之路,由于现代科学技术既可推动农村地区的繁荣与发展,也可能引起大量农民的失业与贫困,所以制度和政策保证是新农村技术建设不可或缺的前提。新农村技术建设可以尝试如下路径:区分基础设施技术与因地制宜的乡村技术;"小的就是美的";与历史和传统密切结合;与乡村自然、地理和人文环境密切结合。

Constrnction of the new countryside of socialism must rely on the modern science and technology. But the modem science and technology can not only prosper the countryside, but also lead the unemployment and poorness of some peasants. On the two main character of the present countryside, we think the systems and policies are the necessary conditions for the technological development of the new countryside, and especially explain some possible ways about the technological development of the new countryside.
