介绍使用上面发酵酵母、下面发酵酵母和特种麦芽生产阿尔特啤酒的工艺技术,生产工艺的研究为阿尔特啤酒的开发提供了可行的工艺参数。
The technology for the production of Alt beer, which was fermented with top-fermentation yeast, bottom-fermentation yeast and especial malt, was introduced in details. The research on production processing would supply feasible parameters for the development of Alt beer in China.
