值≥2.0超深冲Nb+Ti IF钢冷轧板生产实践

摘要 通过采用钛、铌微合金化方式,热轧高温终轧和高温卷取,以及冷轧高温长时间退火等工艺制度,成功开发出值≥2.0的超深冲Nb+Ti IF钢冷轧板。经用户使用表明,产品冲压性能优良、质量稳定,完全满足国内汽车、家电等高端钢材用户的冲压需求,并形成批量生产能力。 Combined with a series of new techniques such as micro-alloying of Ti and Nb, high temperature finish rolling and high temperature coiling in hot rolling, high temperature and long time annealing in cold rolling, etc. , an extra-deep drawing cold rolling IF sheet steel (7≥2.0)micro-alloyed with Nb and Ti is successfully developed. It is proved in application that this steel exhibits good stamping behavior, stable quality and satisfactorily meets the requirements of automobile and electric appliance industries at home and product mass production is offered.
