高牌号硅钢冷轧机选型的研究 被引量:5

摘要 高牌号冷轧取向硅钢(特别是高导磁率的取向硅钢)和无取向硅钢有着硅含量高、变形抗力大、冷加工脆性大、难以焊接、冷轧轧制断带率高的特点。轧制高牌号硅钢时,六辊UCM、六辊CVC-EDC-HS、四辊CVC-HS和森吉米尔可逆轧机道次压下率相差很大。通过周密的功能设计和设备组成选型,森吉米尔轧机、四辊CVC-HS两种可逆轧机可以满足高牌号冷轧硅钢片的冷轧生产要求。 High grade grain-oriented silicon steel(specially high permeability silicon steel)and non-grainoriented silicon steel have a feature of high silicon content, high deformation resistant force, high brittleness of cold processing, difficult to be welded, high strip breakage rate during cold rolling. In the cold rolling process, of high grade silicon steel, it has a very different pass reduction when using Sendzmir 20-Hi,6-Hi UCM, 6-Hi CVC-EDC-HS, 4-Hi CVC-HS cold-rolling reversing mill separately. When carefully designed in mill function and alignment of equipment, Sendzmir 20-Hi and 4 Hi CVC-HS cold-rolling mill can meet the production requirement of high grade silicon steel.
