摘要
炉区控制系统、全线控制系统和数学模型主要根据当前钢卷的卷数据和三级下发的退火策略,以保证带钢最大生产率为前提,来生成设定值。在焊缝前后,钢卷和炉区的状态发生转变,在考虑最大热功率、热惯性、死区时间和钢板品质容限的基础上,通过对线速度和工作点的适时的转换,使炉区和钢板达到平稳的过渡,从而提高成材率。
Control system in furnace, control system of whole line and mathematic model are adjusted to get max productivity of sheets according to the coiling data and annealing regulation. The coil and furnace state changes before and after weld run. In considering miscellaneous factors such as the max heat power, heat inertia and quality of steel sheet, through transferring of speed and work point, stable shift of sheet and furnace zone, as well as higher productivity are obtained.
