摘要
冷连轧带钢表面划痕问题是冷轧生产中经常遇到的技术性难题。介绍了涟钢冷连轧机高速生产过程中的带钢表面划痕现象,探讨了划痕产生的机理,并且分析了轧制速度、压下规程、工作辊、乳化液等因素对划痕的影响,采用了有效措施,成功解决了带钢表面划痕的难题。
Surface nick on tandem cold milled strip steel is a technique problem during production. In this paper, Phenomena, generating mechanism and effecting factors of surface nick on tandem cold milled strip steel have been discussed. Treating method has also been provided.
