摘要
对采自中国9省(市)不同地理来源和不同品种的玉米丝黑穗病菌[Sporisorium reilianum(Kühn)Langdon&Fullerton]进行了遗传多样性研究。应用随机扩增多态性DNA(random ampilfied polymorphic DNA,RAPD)技术对22个不同地区菌株的DNA进行扩增,经聚类分析结果表明,可将供试菌株基本分成5组。来自不同地区相同品种上的菌株和同一地区不同品种的菌株的DNA多态性存在差异;同一组内的DNA多态性亦有差异,即玉米丝黑穗病菌具有丰富的种内遗传多态性。
Genetic diversity of 22 isolates of S, reilianum, which isolated from 9 provinces of different geographic origins was tested with Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). UPGMA analysis suggested that 22 isolates of S. reilianum were divided into 5 groups, relevant to different geographical areas. There were differences in genetic diversity of the isolates not only from different geographic origins of same host but also from the same geographic origins of differential hosts. The rich genetic diversity existed among the isolates of S. reilianum.
