摘要
以一台4kW、8p笼型感应电动机为例,建立其有限元模型,给出了求解域和假定条件下的有限元方程,采用内部与外部双重收敛的方法,在不同频段恒转矩条件下对模型进行有限元求解,选定一对定转子轭部及齿部不同位置进行磁密分析,同时又对气隙磁密进行计算与分析,通过计算结果和实验数据的对比,说明了该方法的准确性。
In this paper, a finite element model of a 4kW 8-pole cage induction motor is developed. The finite element equations under assumptions as well as the solving regions of the derived model are presented, and the electromagnetic field is calculated by inner-outer double-convergence. Then the flux density of air gap and yoke and tooth in different position of one pair stator and rotor are calculated and analyzed at different frequency regions and constant torque conditions. The results show that the method is accurate by comparing calculating results and experimental data.
