摘要
以核电站用屏蔽泵为研究对象,采用有限元法,对其施加满足实际工况的约束,计算出屏蔽泵的自振频率和振型。同时对屏蔽泵在地震载荷、自重、扭矩等多种载荷组合作用下进行了抗震性能分析,计算结果表明在上述载荷作用下,屏蔽泵的应力状况满足抗震要求,泵轴的变形在允许限值内。
In this paper, canned motor pump used in nuclear power generating station is studied, the finite element model of the pump with contraints conformed to real work conditions is established, the frequencies and modal shapes of the pump are given. And the seismic performance analysis of the pump is carried out under the combined loads including earthquake load, dead weight and torque. The results show that the stress of the canned motor pump conforms to the seismic requirements for equipment of the nuclear power generating station, and the pump shaft deformation is within the allowable limits.
