摘要
介绍了OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diodes)的制造过程及制造系统的PN模型。讨论了Petri网的分析技术。针对OLED制造生产线的复杂性,描述了具体的加工过程。采用结构化方法,综合应用自上而下与自下而上相结合的方法,建立了基于赋时变迁Petri网的OLED制造生产线模型,反映了整个生产线的加工动态特性。利用仿真工具Hpsim,对模型进行了仿真分析,并对其结果进行了定性分析,同时验证了模型的合理性和有效性。
The manufacturing processes of the OLED and the Petri Nets(PN)models of the manufacturing system are introduced in this paper, And then the analysis technologies of the PN are discussed, Aiming at the complexity of the OLED manufacturing line, the machining processes are described in detail. The model of the OLED manufacturing line, using structured method and the top to bottom and bottom to top methods, is built based on the Timed Transition Petri Nets(TTPN), the processing dynamic characteristics of the whole line are observed, The simulative tool Hpsim is adopted to simulate the model,and also analyze the results, Furthermore, we verify the model is reasonable and efficient.
