摘要
DNC是机械加工制造类离散自动化系统的基础,而B协议是DNC控制系统中使用最为广泛,最为简单的一种协议。文中对此类XON/XOFF协议的规范,加工程序上传与下传时的时序,定时要求,通信时的错误处理,以及报警和机床复位的处理方法等进行了分析,并对DNC软件开发过程需要注意的问题提出了相应的建议。
In a DNC system-the basic communication system of an automatic manufacturing system, the protocol B is a simple but common-used protocol. In this paper, the specification of this XON/XOFF like protocol of DNC, the procedure of Downloading and Uploading of part program, the criteria of timing, method of error processing, and the treatment of warning and reset of the NC machine, were introduced, and some suggestion on DNC software development was also related.
