摘要
生产线的设施规划布局设计作为制造系统设计的重要组成部分,它对生产设备的利用率、产品的生产与等待时间以及生产线的效率等都有密切关系。针对某企业机加工设备布局不合理现状,进行了机械加工设备布局方法及布局方案仿真技术的研究。通过分析设备布局的影响因素,建立了布局系统抽象模型,同时开发了设备布局原型系统,然后通过计算机仿真来预测系统的真实可用性,进而实现混合比加工零件的生产加工,仿真结果能够以图表或者文本的格式输出。通过在企业的实际应用表明,改进后的生产线设施规划布局方案能够有效地提高生产效率和设备利用率,仿真结果与实际结果比较接近。
As the important constitution in the design of manufacture system, facilities layout design of production line has close relationship with utilization rate of manufacture equipment, the producing of production, waiting time and efficiency of production line and so forth. Facing to the current situation of unreasonable layout of machining equipment in certain corporation, layout method of mechanical machining equipment and simulation technology of layout project have been researched in this paper. By analyzing the effect factor of facility layout, abstract model of layout system is established; meanwhile, prototype system of facility layout is developed. Moreover, by predicting real usability of system with computer simulation, producing of machining parts with mixed rate is realized, and the result of simulation can be output in the format of diagram or text. The actual application in the corporation suggests that production efficiency and facility utilization rate can be effectively enhanced by the improved facility layout project of production line; also the simulation result is close to the actual result.
