摘要
教学模式直接关系着学校教学计划的制定、人才培养方案的实施、课程体系的设计、各门课程所处的地位与作用;制约着学生培养的各个阶段与整个过程;最终决定着学校人才培养的规格与类型,其集中表现在学生的知识、能力和素质上,因此世界各国都十分重视教学模式的构建。本文从传统教学模式与CBE教学模式比较入手,分析了两种教学模式的特点和问题,提出了我国现阶段农业高职宜采用的一种新的教学模式——"板块式"。
The instructional model directly concerns the instructional plan enactment,the personnel training project implementation,the curriculum system design,and the position and function of various curriculums;and restricts each stage and the entire process which students are trained;and finally it decides the school personnel training specification and type,concentrating representation in student's knowledge,ability and quality.Therefore,all countries in the world pay great attention to the construction of the instructional model.This article analyses characteristics and problems of the two instructional models by comparing the traditional one with CBE one,and proposes a new model which is used suitably in agricultural higher vocational education at present stage in our country——"Plate type".
