Automatic Assembly Technology Based on Datum Orientation

提出一种全新的模型自动装配策略,设计了一种具有通用性和完整性的产品自动装配模型,该模型引入了装配接口的概念,从装配关系出发,将产品自动装配模型划分为装配接口模型、定位关系模型和产品装配关系模型三个层次,主要解决了装配信息的提取和独立于产品模型进行表达的问题。此方法也适用于模块化设计技术中接口模块的设计和实现,并可与现有的其它CAD技术结合使用。

This paper provides a new strategy of automatic assembly based on an automatic assembly model with wide applicability and entirety,which adopts the concept of assembly interface.Moreover,the model can be divided into the assembly interface model,orientation relation model and product assembly relation model according to the assembly relation.Thus,it is easy to get the assembly information and express the product model.The result can also be used in the design and implement of modularizing design technology as well as used with other CAD technology.
