摘要
目的探讨不同海拔高度对移居青年血流动力学的影响。方法对移居喀喇昆仑山海拔1400 m、3700 m和5400 m 1年的252名青年分别用XG-Ⅲ型血液循环功能自动测试仪检测血流动力学。结果随海拔高度的升高,P、BK、TPR、PAWP、η、ALT及CCP逐渐增高,差异非常明显(P<0.01);SV、mAP及BV逐渐降低,差异非常明显(P<0.01)。结论海拔高度越高对移居青年血流动力学的影响愈大。
Objective To explore hemodynamic changes in the migrants at different altitude. Methods A total of 252 youth who had moved up to an altitude of 1 400, 3 700 or 5 400 meters for one year were chosen and their hemodynamic changes were detected using type XG-Ⅲ blood circulation function tester. Results The indexes of P, BK, TPR, PAWP,η, ALT and CCP increased, and those of SV, mAP and BV reduced gradually as altitude increased, which showed significant differences ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion There is more influence on the hemodynamics of migrants as altitude increases.
