腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术49例分析

Analysis of Fenestration into Hepatic Cysts under Celioscopy on 49 Patients

目的探讨腹腔镜在肝囊肿手术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2002年10月—2006年10月,49例腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术的临床资料。结果49例手术均获得成功,其中1例怀疑囊肿与胆管相通中转开腹,所有病例均放置腹腔引流管外引流,无一例发生并发症,全组均痊愈出院。结论腹腔镜技术在肝囊肿的手术治疗中,具有创伤小、痛苦轻、费用少、恢复快等优点,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the applicative value of celioscopy in the operation of hepatic cyst. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted with the clinical data of 49 patients＇ fenestration into their hepatic cysts under celioscopy. Results The operations were successful in all the 49 ones, one of whom was converted to open operation due to being suspected of the communication between his cyst and bile duct. Outward draining tubes were placed via the abdominal cavities, and none suffered from any complications. The patients were wholly healed up and discharged. Conclusion Celioscopy has the virtues of minimal injury, slight pain, little expense and rapid recovery, so it is valuable in the clinical application to the operation of hepatic cyst.
