高强度训练法对新兵心理健康的作用

Effect of Intensive Exercitation on Mental Health of Recruits

目的探索高强度训练法在新兵心理健康及维护中的作用。方法调查驻四川某部队2006年度新兵，将其随机分成研究组和对照组。研究组应用高强度训练法进行干预3个月，对照组只进行一般的行为干预。干预前后分别对研究组和对照组进行SCL-90问卷调查。结果干预前，研究组与对照组SCL-90各因子分比较，均无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。研究组因子分≥3分者占2．9％～6．3％，对照组因子分93分者占2．9％～6．4％。研究组总分〉160分者占32．40％，阳性项目分数〉43分者占30．76％；对照组总分〉160分者占32．13％，阳性项目分数〉43分者占30．81％。干预后，研究组与对照组SCL-90各因子分比较，强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖、其他、总均分、阳性项目数和阳性症状均分统计学差异显著（P〈O．01）；躯体化、人际关系差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；偏执、精神病性无差异（P〉0．05）。研究组因子分≥3分者占1．5％-4．9％，对照组因子分≥3分者占2．7％～6．0％。研究组总分〉160分者占15．46％，阳性项目分数〉43分者占13．98％；对照组总分〉160分者占25．70％，阳性项目分数〉43分者占22．90％。结论高强度训练法在新兵心理健康及维护中具有重要作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of the intensivc cxercitation way on improving the recruits＇ psychology. Methods The investigation was made on the recruits stationed somewhere in Sichuan. They were randomized into trial group and control group, which were given intervened in respectively by means of intcnsive exercitation and routine training for three month. They were inquired with SCL-90. Results After intervention, there were very significant differences between the two groups in the scores of the related factors such as coercion, depression, anxiety, hostility, fear, total average, the number of positive items, and the averag of positive symptom （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and significant differences in somatization and interpersonal relation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No differences in bigotry and psychosis were found （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The percentage of those with a factor score higher than or equal to 3 was 1.5% 4.9% in the trial group, while in the control group the counterpart was 2.7% - 6.0%. Moreover, in the trial group, those with a total score higher than 160 and a positive item score higher than 43 accounted for 15.46% and 13.98% , whose counterparts in the control group were 25.70% and 22.90% , respectively. Conclusion Intensive exercitation way has the effect to obviously improve the recruits＇ mental health.
