摘要
本文在分析了服务协同SC技术原理的基础上,根据客户关系管理的特点提出了一种适用于用户个性化需求服务的基于SC的客户关系管理系统,并对系统中各个层次提供的主要服务和功能进行了说明;重点分析和介绍服务协同生成层的原理与运行机制。
Based on the analyzing principle of the technology of SC, together with the characteristic of Customer Relationship Management, the paper proposed a personalization system based on SC which adapt to the personalization demand of customer, and the main provided service and function of every tier are given. And we analyze and introduce the principle and mechanism of the collaborative service generation layer for emphasis.
