摘要
研究了Turbo交织器由于交织算法所造成在同一数据流中不同位置表现出保护不均的特性。通过分析这种不平等保护特性的特点,并与图像压缩编码联合起来,对静态图像数据按照重要性进行重新排列,使用具有较高差错保护能力的位来传送图像数据流中相对重要的信息,以起到对静态图像的不平等保护特性。
In this paper, an investigation of the unequal protection （UEP） in same block of information data producing by the interleaver of Turbo codes was presented . According to this UEP , we can re-arrange the compression image data in order to using the positions which have higher error protection ability to transmit the more important data. After that, the method can give the static image an unequal error protection.
