血清胆红素、尿酸、血脂与冠心病关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血清胆红素、尿酸、血脂与冠心病(CHD)之间的关系。方法通过冠状动脉造影检查选取71例CHD患者及50例对照组,CHD组又分为单支、双支、多支病变亚组,分别测定CHD患者与对照组血清总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、尿酸(UA)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度。结果与正常对照组相比,CHD患者血清TBIL、DBIL、IBIL浓度低于对照组(P<0.01);CHD组血清UA、TC、TG、LDL-C高于对照组(P<0.01);HDL-C低于对照组(P<0.01);随着冠状动脉病变支数的增加血清UA、TC、TG、LDL-C明显增加(P<0.05);HDL-C明显降低(P<0.01);双支、多支病变组血清TBIL均低于单支亚组(P<0.05),而多支组血清TBIL低于双支病变组(P<0.01)。结论血清胆红素浓度降低、UA升高、血脂异常与CHD相关,是CHD的独立危险因素。 Objective To study the relationship between the level of bilirubin, serum uric acid, blood lipid and coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 71 patients with CHD were selected as CHD group and normal 50cases were selected as control group. According to the numbers of stenosed branch, CHD group were divided into three subgroups. Their serum concentration of total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, in direct bilirubin, uric acid, blood lipid (TC, TG, LDL- C and HDL- C) were measured and compared. Results The level of total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), in direct bilirubin (IBIL) in CHD group were lower than those in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The level of uric acid (UA), TC, TG, LDL - C in CHD group were higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The level of HDL - C were lower than those in control group ( P 〈0.01 ). With increasing of the numbers of stenosed branch, the level of UA, TC, TG, LDL - C were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) and the level of HDL - C were significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ). The level of total bilirubin in stenosis of two and three branches of coronary artery were lower than that in stenosis of single branch of coronary artery group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The reduce of bilirubin concentration and the increase of uric acid and unusual blood lipid are related with CHD, those are dangerous factors of CHD.
