Profit for Most of the Population is the Summit Value Pursuit of the Healthcare Reform

站在伦理学的角度,通过理论和实践的分析、通过对医改历史事实的回顾,提出了惠及绝大多数人是医改全部价值追求的制高点的观点。并据此提出了一些基本思路和对策建议。

By analyzing relevant theory and practice of heahhcare reform application from an ethical perspective, this article comes up with the conclusion that profit for most of the population is the summit value pursuit of the heahhcare reform. Based on this conclusion, this article further gives a couple of basic guiding principles and countermeasures for the heahhcare reform.
