摘要
提高高等教育质量,加强医学职业道德教育的实效性研究。以专题讲授的形式构建适应各专业特殊技术要求的职业道德的教学内容。并以学生为本,全方位探索新的教学模式。以学生的思想认识水平为切入点,由既定结论向现实问题转变,分析社会多元利益冲突,提高学生在医疗实践中对复杂多变的道德关系的分析能力,以及解决道德冲突的能力,实现职业道德的应用价值,并不断完善教材建设。
This article aims to improve the quality of higher education, and reinforce the study of medical professionalism education. An educational form of theme lectures should be structured in order to adapt to the characteristics of every peculiar branch of professionalism education and build up a student - oriented, multi - dimensional teaching pattern. The new type of education pattern should also take student's ideological understanding level as the point of penetration, transform from established conclusion to realistic issues, analyze the conflicts among multi- variant social benefits, and improve students' ability to analyze the complicated moral and ethical issues in their future medical practice so as to take good advantage of the applied value of their medical professionalism. Further more, the construction of relevant teaching materials and doctrines should also be unceasingly perfected.
