以经济与伦理的关系理论揭示医学科技团队建设中的认识缺陷。提出在医学科技团队建设中应以该理论为指导,充分发挥人伦道德力量在团队建设中的作用。在研究工作中正确处理好经济与伦理的关系,才可能形成坚强、持久、具有战斗力的医学科学团队。并提出了几点具体的建议。

This paper aims to explore the cognitive defect of the teamwork construction of medical science and technology from the perspective of economics and ethics, and comes up with the conclusion that during the construction process, we should take concerned theory as guidelines and emphasize the importance of ethical and moral factors in the teamwork construction. It is believed that a harmonic economics - ethics relationship in the scientific research is essential for constructing a strong , persistent, and powerful medical research team. Some concrete suggestions are also put forward in this article.
