复方青风藤胶囊的主要药效学研究

The Primary Pharmacodynamics Research on Qingfengteng Compound Capsules

目的:探讨复方青风藤胶囊(以下简称"QFC")治疗类风湿性关节炎的主要药效作用。方法:观察QFC对大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型关节病变、免疫器官重量及血清TNF-α含量的影响,并研究其抗炎、镇痛作用。结果:与模型对照组相比,QFC能明显减轻佐剂性关节炎模型(AA)大鼠的关节病变及降低肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平与胸腺指数;能显著抑制乙酸致小鼠的腹膜毛细血管通透性;显著降低角叉菜胶致炎大鼠的足跖肿胀率;能明显减少乙酸致小鼠的扭体次数;QFC能显著提高热致痛小鼠的痛阈值。结论:QFC可以对抗类风湿性关节炎这类免疫异常引发的疾病。其作用机理可能与其免疫抑制作用与较好的抗炎镇痛作用有关。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Qingfengteng Compound capsules（QFC）on rheumatoid arthritis. Method：Several pathologic models were used to observe the effect of QFC, including effects on the paw edema in the AA rats model adjuvant-induced arthritis and effects on contorition in the acetic acid-induced pain model in mice. Result： QFC can reduce the value of TNF-α1, the joint swelling in rats model. QFC can reduce the response of contortion and osmosis of capillary vessel, and enhance the threshold value of pain in mice model. Conclusion： QFC has the effects of immunity suppresion,anti-inflammation and analgesia. So it could be used to treat rheumatoid arthritis.
