摘要
结合云南东河水库的施工实践,选取掺粉煤灰泵送混凝土作为研究对象,通过正交试验得到了最优配合比用于泄洪输水隧洞的施工,其现场质量评价结果表明:在泵送混凝土中掺用粉煤灰将可显著改善拌和物的和易性以满足泵送施工要求、提高混凝土浇筑质量、增强结构体密实度并节约工期,在水工隧洞工程中具有广泛的应用前景。
In accordance with the construction of Donghe Reservoir, the pumpcrete mixed with fly-ash is taken as a study object, and then a mximum mixing ratio of the pumpcrete for the construction of the flood discharge and water conveyance tunnel is obtained based on the orthogonal experiment concerned. The result of the in situ quality estimation shows that by mixing with flyash, the mixture workability of the pumpcrete can be obviously improved to satisfy the requirement of the concrete pumping along with enhancing the placing quality, strengthening the structure desity and saving the construction period; which has a broad prospect of application to the construction of the hydraulic tunnel.
